CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

In my career, I’ve had the privilege of leading significant transformations in the human services and social care sectors, particularly during the rollout of the NDIS. As Chief Executive Officer at Possibility Group, I facilitated nationwide expansions and mergers in disability services, driving meaningful improvements in the systems that support vulnerable communities.

My work with Housing Choices Australia and the Federal Department of Health strengthened my determination to create positive change at local, state, and national levels.
I am committed to using this position to make a real difference in how people access housing, ensuring that every individual has the support and opportunities they desire.

MANAGING DIRECTOR

At RESolutionsWon, my aim is to reshape the SDA landscape by bringing together 30 years of expertise in design, architecture, and engineering to create platinum-quality, purpose-built spaces that prioritise participants' needs. Through strong partnerships within the building and construction industry, I strive to deliver living environments that set new standards for quality and support.

Growing up in Tasmania has instilled in me a deep commitment to sustainable solutions and building for a future where environmentally responsible properties benefit both the residents and the communities around them.

ACCESSIBILITY DESIGN ADVISOR

I’m a passionate disability advocate and pioneer, drawing on my lived experience to help raise awareness and deepen understanding of the need for accessible workplaces, housing, and communities for people living with disabilities.  
I’ve dedicated my time to driving change across various sectors, from commercial buildings and developments to tourism destinations and hotels, pushing for more inclusive and universal design in housing and initiatives.  

I’m actively involved in several key committees, including the Hobart City Council Access Advisory Committee, the Hobart Airport Access Advisory Committee, and the NDIS Ministers Disability Consultative Group along with other boards and committees. In these roles I work to ensure the voices of people with disabilities are heard and well represented. I am also a member of the Access Consultants Association   

PROGRAM MANAGER

I bring a strong background in business management and project planning, along with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and property management. At RESolutionsWon, I’m passionate about ensuring that every property not only meets but exceeds the required standards, especially when it comes to the strict compliance demands of the NDIS. 

I take a thorough, detail-oriented approach to property inspections, making sure that security, privacy, and structural integrity are all addressed at the highest level. 
My goal is to be supportive and approachable, while always striving for excellence, so we can deliver the best possible Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) services.
